The basics matter most: people on stage lit evenly and clearly, screens readable, focus where the program needs it. We build stage lighting from washes, LED, and digital fixtures, designed so the room’s attention goes exactly where you want it.
The room is part of the show. Uplighting, pin spots on tables and focal points, wall washes, and dimmed house lights turn a ballroom into an evening — it’s what gives a gala or awards night its atmosphere.
A gobo projects a pattern, a logo, or a name in light — on a wall, a floor, a dance floor. It’s one of the most cost-effective ways to brand a room, and a cleaner alternative to printed signage.
Moving fixtures change position, colour, and beam on cue — for award reveals, entrances, performances, and any moment that needs the whole room looking at one spot at one time.
Every look is programmed and rehearsed before doors, and an operator runs the desk through your show, so cues land when they should. We handle the logistics end to end — planning, transportation, installation, operation, and teardown.

We’ve supported Ontario fundraisers and community organizations for decades, from St. Mary’s Hospital’s 100th Anniversary Gala to community theatre and skating clubs. Clear sound and warm light are part of how a room gives; we treat your budget accordingly.
You can almost always bring your own AV partner — and it’s worth comparing. Our quote is all-in, so there’s nothing added later, and we help reduce the venue’s in-house AV costs and remove the hotel’s markup on equipment. Standard venue charges like rigging and power may still apply — we’ll tell you which is which.
Perfect — we coach them. On the KW Skating Club shows our lighting tech worked with first-time volunteer spot operators until, in the club’s own words, “they performed like professionals.” You don’t need experienced crew of your own; we bring and guide it.
