That’s the first thing we fix. We tune the system to the room, not the other way around — one of our ice-show directors described the result as “crystal clear!! …which is usually terrible in arenas.” Clear speech and music in a difficult space is the standard we hold.
A senior AV producer leads your event, with experienced operators running each position. You’ll also have a direct line to your lead event staff all day, so if anything needs attention you’re one call away, never troubleshooting alone.
Every event is designed and owned by one of our three senior AV producers — in the industry since 1976, 1986, and 1996 respectively.
You can almost always bring your own AV partner — and it’s worth comparing. Our quote is all-in, so there’s nothing added later, and we help reduce the venue’s in-house AV costs and remove the hotel’s markup on equipment. Standard venue charges like rigging and power may still apply — we’ll tell you which is which.
