What the Comfort Warranty is

Most AV companies ask you to take their word for it. We put ours in writing. The Comfort Warranty is the standard we hold on every event, whatever its size. The promises below are what you can expect from us, from the first planning call to the follow-up after your event.

What it Covers

  • Transparent budgeting. One all-in quote covering equipment, labour, and transportation, with no hidden fees, extra costs, or surprises. Every cost is laid out in your initial quotation.
  • Constant communication. We keep in constant communication from the first conversation through planning, setup, and the event itself. You’ll hear from us as things progress, so you’re never left waiting on an answer or wondering where things stand. And you can always reach us when you need to.
  • A collaborative process. Close work with everyone involved, keeping to the plan and the milestones, and managing your event to the agreed scope.
  • Experienced people. Experienced technicians, operators, managers, and producers who know live events, and who think ahead to catch the small things before they become problems.
  • Event excellence. Well-designed production, reliable equipment, and an event that runs on schedule.
  • We adapt to last-minute changes and unforeseen situations during your event, within our control.
  • Problem solving. When something unexpected comes up, we’re ready to resolve it quickly, whether it’s equipment or crew, within our control.
  • Health and safety. We follow current safety standards and safe working practices through setup, the show, and tear-down.

  • The Panic Button. You’re never left looking for someone. Before your event we set up a group chat that connects you with your lead event staff and the crew on site, so one message reaches everyone at once and you get an immediate response.
  • Support after the event. Our support continues after the event. We handle any follow-up questions and send a short survey to check you were happy.
