"Our arena sound is always muddy and echoey."

That’s the first thing we fix. We tune the system to the arena, not the other way around — one of our ice-show directors put it as “crystal clear!! …which is usually terrible in arenas.” Clear music and announcements in a rink are the standard we hold.

"We use volunteer spotlight operators."

Perfect — we coach them. On the KW Skating Club shows our lighting tech worked with first-time volunteer spot operators until, in the club’s own words, “they performed like professionals.” You don’t need experienced crew of your own; we bring and guide it.

"We've got tight ice time and a strict venue."

We plan around it. We coordinate load-in, set-up, and rehearsal with the arena’s schedule and rules so the show is ready when the ice is — the tight coordination is the job, not a surprise.
