From a single riser to a full scenic set, we design staging around your sightlines, your program, and your audience — and we coordinate directly with the venue on safety, capacity, and logistics, so the structure your event stands on is one less thing to think about.
Backed by our Comfort Warranty — if something isn’t right, we do everything within our power to make it right.
Modular backdrop systems build a finished stage picture — single walls, layered and angled sets, printed fabric skins, screen surrounds — on engineered aluminum frames that install cleanly and travel well. We’ll show you the design in 3D before anything is built, so you can see your stage in your venue first.
For outdoor events we deploy Stageline mobile stages (SL100, SL250, SL260, and SL320) — engineered, weather-protected stages that unfold from a trailer to full height and meet structural and rigging codes. Sized to your event, and set up in hours rather than days.

Indoors, Ultrastage portable decks — typically 4′ × 8′ — build stages, risers, and runways to the size your room needs, with clean edges, proper skirting, and a simple strike at the end of the night.
Pipe and drape, skirting, legs, borders, travelers, and scrims — the finishing layer that hides cables and cases, frames the stage, and makes a room look intentional. Drapes can carry branding, divide a space, or become projection surfaces; we’ll spec what your room actually needs.

The professionalism and expertise of the team was evident in the production, staging and sound services that you provided to the festival. They toiled under harsh heat conditions but never a complaint.

They should be planned for, not feared. We build for outdoor conditions — power, site access, safety, and sightlines — and we’ve carried festivals through real weather. Mariposa thanked us in writing for our support during and after a storm.
We do. We coordinate directly with the venue on safety, capacity, and logistics, and we handle the technical paperwork on your behalf — rigging points, weights, and safety requirements — so that side of your event simply gets handled.
You can almost always bring your own AV partner — and it’s worth comparing. Our quote is all-in, so there’s nothing added later, and we help reduce the venue’s in-house AV costs and remove the hotel’s markup on equipment. Standard venue charges like rigging and power may still apply — we’ll tell you which is which.
Tell us about your event: the venue, the audience, the program, and the budget. We’ll recommend the right solution for it, not the most complex one.
Your Event Goals. Our Expertise. That’s Straight Street.
You don’t need to know AV. Tell us what your event needs to do, and we’ll design the production around it and quote one all-in price.
