LED walls deliver sharp, bright images that hold up in daylight and large rooms — indoors or outdoors, flat or curved. They set up efficiently, run on redundant power, and carry branding, presentations, or live camera feeds equally well. For many events they’ve replaced projection outright; we’ll tell you when an LED wall is worth it and when a projector does the same job for less.
Projection mapping turns walls, objects, and architecture into moving imagery — a building face becomes a canvas, a plain ballroom becomes a branded environment. It works indoors or out, as a one-night effect or a semi-permanent installation. We handle the projectors, the content integration, and the planning that makes it work on the night.

Possibly nothing — but cheaper quotes are often cheap because labour, transportation, or an operator in the room isn’t in the number yet. Compare what’s actually included, not just the total.
And if a smaller setup genuinely fits your event, we’ll be the ones to tell you. We recommend the right production for your venue, audience, program, and budget — not the most complex one.
Legitimate ones: rigging and power are commonly venue-controlled for liability reasons, and a fair connection fee is normal. What shouldn’t apply is an “oversight” or “concierge” fee for using an outside AV company — that’s negotiable, and we’ll help you push back on it.
Either way, you’ll know before you sign anything. No surprises is the whole point.
