You have probably been sold a system before. Most technical buyers have. The pattern is familiar: a specification larger than the room needs, a proprietary platform only one company can service, and a support number that stops being answered once the invoice clears.
We work the other way. We size the system to what the room does and what your programme actually asks of it, and we show you the cost line by line so you can see what each part is for. We favour open, standard equipment you could have serviced by someone else. We hand over administrator access and train your own people to run it. And the number you call afterwards reaches someone who knows your building, because they worked in it.
Every quote is all-in — equipment, labour and installation — and a Senior AV Producer owns the project from the first site visit to the handover.
We represent or source more than forty professional AV brands to suit the requirement, including Shure, Sennheiser, Neumann, Midas, Allen & Heath, Chauvet, Christie Digital and RCF. We are not tied to one manufacturer, so the specification follows the room rather than a supply agreement.

For the Central Ontario Ride for Sight, then the largest motorcycle charity event in Canada with over 10,000 attendees, Straight Street came on site in advance and reconfigured the speaker system to control how sound carried beyond the site. After years of neighbour noise complaints, there were none across the two-day event.
