Chris Tampin Joins Straight Street Event Services

Straight Street Event Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Tampin to the team. With over 30 years of sales and corporate production experience in the events industry, Chris brings with him an extraordinary wealth of event knowledge and production expertise. Beginning his career as one of Canada’s Premier Laser Pyro technicians and over the years transitioned from technical into corporate design and sales.
Chris has been responsible for major corporate events throughout Toronto, the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. Chris founded the Event Factory in 2015 boasting an impressive corporate client and event roster including Toyota Car Show (Toronto, Montreal), Fashion Week (NYC), McDonald’s annual Sales and Team Building Meeting, Motionball for the Special Olympic Gala’s and Games, Jaguar Land Rover Car Show, Bell Celebrity Gala, Artist for Peace and Justice Events (TIFF) and creator and winner of best public event in Canada 3 years running, INFERNO @ The EX.
No event is too small or large for his creative eye, attention to detail and focus on client satisfaction. Leveraging his extensive experience in corporate events, Chris will be responsible for building new client relationships, and developing event opportunities specific to the Toronto area.
